(3) You can choose to bind the relationship between the mobile phone number and the third-party account, so that you can choose to log in through the mobile phone number later. But this method is not necessary, it will not affect your normal use of our basic functions.

2. Perfect information

 Purpurpose of collecting information: When you use the chat platform, you can edit your information, including profile pictures and names, to optimize our services. However, the above information is not necessary, and your refusal to provide it will not affect your normal use of our basic functions.

Scope and use of information collection: When you set up and change the avatar, we will request you to authorize the camera and photo album. If you refuse authorization, you will not use this feature, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the platform.

3. Purchase and learning of thousand chat courses

(1) Buy thousands of chat courses.

 Scope and use of the information collection: In the course learning, we provide you with audio and video playback, audio download, course sharing, course collection, course evaluation, course message, course interaction and other functions (the specific functions are subject to the thousand chat provided). To this end, we need to collect your account number, software usage records, learning time and other information, and call your mobile phone storage and other functions, specifically as follows:

a. Additional features of the microphone-based voice technology. When you use the thousand chat platform to learn interactive courses, in order to enrich the interactive form of the classroom, if you need to choose the recording speech, we will apply to you to use the "record audio" permission, after you agree to use, we will call the microphone to collect your voice, and synchronize to other members of the class. This feature is only enabled when you select a recording.

b. Modify additional features for deletion based on device storage reads. When you use Qianchat products and services to listen to the audio courses, in order to ensure the learning experience of the users in the weak network scenario, the users are allowed to download the audio in advance. When you choose to download the audio download, we will apply to you for the use of the "device storage" permission, after you agree to authorize, we will call the device storage as an audio function of the data cache, to ensure the fluency of the audio.

c. Read the call status and the mobile network information. When you use thousand chat products and services learning courses, we will apply to you to use "read call status and mobile network information", after you agree to use, when detected the current traffic is mobile network, will actively remind whether to use, to avoid the user enabled mobile network consumption of traffic charges without knowing the situation.

d. Modify the system settings. When you use Qianchat products and services, we will apply to you to use the "message push permission", after you agree to use, we will open the message push permission. This function is mainly used to push course messages and activity messages on the platform, aiming to enable users to enjoy better learning services and the knowledge of preferential activities. You can close the setting when you do not need a message push.

e. Collect the mobile network status. When you use the Qianchat product to watch the video, you may encounter the problem of lag or not loading the video, open this function is mainly used to feedback the current network status to the developer to facilitate the problem troubleshooting.

 Please note that you authorize the above authority to collect and use the corresponding personal information to achieve the above functions, and you close the corresponding authority to cancel the corresponding authorization on behalf of you. We will not continue to collect and use your corresponding personal information, and we cannot provide you with the corresponding functions.

The above information that you provide will continue to authorize us to use it during your use of the Service. If you cancel your account number, we will stop using it and delete the above information. The above information will be stored in the People's Republic of China, and for cross-border transmission, we will separately obtain your authorization.

4. Other service functions

We sign strict confidentiality agreements with the companies, organizations, and individuals with whom we share our personal information to process their personal information in accordance with our instructions, this policy, and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures. Be aware that the information that we provide to our affiliates, partners, or other third parties is anonymized and will not contain any identification information about you.

(2) Transfer

Before you cancel your account, we will verify your personal identity, security status, device information, etc. You know and understand that the cancellation of your account is an irreversible behavior. When you cancel your account, we will delete the relevant personal information or anonymize it, except as otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.

(6) Automatic decision-making of the constraint information system

In some business functions, we may only make decisions based on non-manual automatic decision-making mechanisms, including information systems, algorithms, etc. If these decisions significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to ask us to make an explanation, and we will also provide the appeal method without infringing on the platform trade secrets or other user rights and interests, social and public interests.

(7) Responding to your above request

 To be secure, you may need to provide a written request, or otherwise prove your identity. We may ask you to verify your identity before you process your request. We will respond within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact us through this policy guide or the platform customer service guide.

We do not charge in principle for your reasonable request, but we will charge a repeated request beyond the circumstances. We may reject requests that are unjustified, require excessive technical means (e. g., require new systems or fundamentally change current practices), pose risks to the legitimate interests of others, or are very impractical (e. g., involve backup information stored on tape).

We will not be able to respond to your request if:

1. Related to national security and national defense security;

2. Related to public safety, public health and major public interests;

3. Related to crime investigation, prosecution and trial;

4. There is sufficient evidence that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;

5. Responding to your request will seriously damage the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals and organizations.

(8) Your duty of care

 Our multiple services allow you to publish your course works, course learning data and other personal interest rates online in real time. As long as you do not delete the shared information, it remains in the public domain; even if you delete the shared information, it may be cached, copied or stored independently by other users or unrelated third parties not under our control, or kept by other users or such third parties in the public domain.

Please carefully consider the information you upload, publish and communicate through Qianchat. In some cases, you can control the range of users authorized to browse your shared information through the settings of some of our services.

 How do we deal with the personal information of minors

We attach great importance to the protection of the personal information of minors. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you recommend asking your parents or guardians to read this policy carefully, and use the services of the platform or provide information to the platform with the consent of your parents or guardians. To collect the personal information of minors with the consent of the parents or guardians on the use of the products or services of the platform, we will only use, share, transfer or disclose this information as permitted by laws or regulations, and if the parents or guardians explicitly agree or protect the minors.

 Specifically, if you are a child under the age of 14, please notify your parents or guardian to carefully read this policy and seek consent and guidance from your parents or guardian before you use the platform services and submit your personal information.
